The Center conducts yoga classes that include beginning, intermediate and advanced levels.
Classes are taught by highly trained teachers. Each class consists of elements of both Hatha and Raja yoga, includes meditation and relaxation techniques, warm ups, physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama).
Students take our classes for back pain, stress reduction, as an alternative to aerobics, to increase flexibility and strength, as well as to foster a deeper connection to the self.
